- Engagement and retention: The company is expanding its loyalty, bonus, and segmentation capabilities with a VIP-focused program, automatic bonus mechanics, more flexible bonus selection, richer casino and sports-related engagement mechanics, updated tournament settings, and new game content.
- Crypto: GR8 Tech is advancing its crypto offering with earlier player segmentation based on wallet transaction history, more flexible VIP and risk handling before first deposit, and smoother wallet-based payments through features such as ramp payments and direct top-ups via WalletConnect and other wallets.
