Esportes Gaming Brasil has received multiple honours at the ClienteSA Awards 2026, with the group securing Gold and Silver awards alongside a Personality of the Year accolade for Director Maria Neves.
The Gold award recognised the company's work on responsible gaming and intelligent customer monitoring, while Silver celebrated the evolution of its customer service operations.

EGB also took part in the ClienteSA X-Summit, contributing to conversations around responsible gaming and customer care. During a panel moderated by Neves, representatives discussed how Brazil's regulated betting market is driving higher standards in consumer protection through compliance, technology and specialist support services.
