The redesigned tool gives operators greater flexibility when building targeted push notification campaigns.
Symplify has enhanced its App Push functionality with the launch of a redesigned editor focused on improving usability and campaign workflows for operators and CRM teams.
The Stockholm-headquartered company has aligned the new editor with its wider user interface, giving campaign managers a more familiar and consistent experience across the platform.
The updated workflow allows content to be entered directly within the settings panel, while an integrated preview gives teams a visual representation of each notification before it is sent.
Audience targeting has also been improved. CRM teams can now create multiple notifications designed for different segments, with the initial notification functioning as a fallback for users who do not match any of the defined audience groups.
The settings area has undergone its own redesign, with clearer navigation intended to make campaign configuration quicker and easier to manage.
Symplify has also added the ability to delete App Push campaigns directly within the user interface, providing teams with more control over their campaign activity.
The company said the changes are intended to reduce friction within the campaign creation process while giving CRM professionals more flexibility.
Symplify’s Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said:
“Our new App Push editor is designed to deliver a faster, more intuitive user experience. The redesign focus has been on usability and workflow efficiency, making campaign creation easier while giving teams greater flexibility and control directly within the platform.”
